It is really easy in WordPress to add media to your posts.

To add media to a new post, you will need to go to your blog's admin area then to the Posts section and now select Add New.

If using the WYSIWYG editor , on the menu you can click any of the following buttons to add media to your post - "Add an image", "Add Video", "Add Audio" and "Add Media".
