If you would like to deactivate your plugin but not delete it:

Step 1 - Go to your WordPress admin panel.

Step 2 - Go to the available option ‘Plugins’

Step 3 - Locate the plugin you wish to deactivate and uninstall.

Step 4 - Now you will need to click on the available option ’Deactivate’
